Magic Salon Calendar provides either Casual or Secure Memo facility that enables the Salon Owner, Management or Staff to communicate messages to particular individual Staff. Casual Memo's may be created & viewed for any Staff member by scanning the Staff members Barcode. Secure Memo's may only be created & viewed scanning the Staff members Barcode and entering the particular Staff members Security Password. The Magic Salon Aspire Security Passwords must be configured for each Staff member to implement Secure Memo's. Functionality: - Select, Previous Month/Year. Select, Future Month/Year. Update/Edit Individual Memo's. Add Individual Memo's. View Individual Memos. Delete Individual Memos. Click Note Pad Image To Display Message. F:12 Hot Key Display's Calendar Anytime.
